01 · Before you ask for a quote

A humidifier or diffuser programme is specified rather than picked from a list, so the first quotation is only as good as the information behind it. The more of the following you can send, the fewer rounds the quote takes:

  • Application — bedroom, nursery, office, hotel room, spa or commercial space, and the room volume you are sizing for.
  • Type — ultrasonic, top-fill, evaporative or essential-oil diffuser.
  • Capacity and run time you need, plus tank and unit dimensions if the unit must fit an existing shelf or packaging.
  • Voltage and plug type for the destination market.
  • Finish, colour and any branding position for private label.
  • Target market and the certification you need to show retailers — see certifications.
  • Quantity, split between sample, first order and expected annual volume.

If you only have a reference product, a photograph or a competitor link, send that. It is enough to start.

02 · Step 1 — Send your requirement

Use the quote request or the contact form. You can attach a drawing, a packaging layout or a specification sheet; for a private label programme, your logo files and any brand guidelines are worth sending at this stage rather than later.

03 · Step 2 — Compliance review and quotation

We review the requirement against our platforms and flag anything that would be difficult or expensive to produce — an unusual tank geometry, a certification the platform does not currently hold, or a packaging format that changes the carton cost. You then receive the unit cost basis, the tooling position if a new mould is involved, and the schedule.

04 · Step 3 — Sample and approval

A pre-production sample is built and shipped for your approval. Sample cost and sample freight are quoted with the order, and the sample plan depends on whether the unit uses an existing mould or needs a new one. Nothing goes into production before you sign the sample off in writing.

05 · Step 4 — Order confirmation and payment

Once specification, quantity, price and schedule are agreed, the order is confirmed in writing and payment follows the structure set out in that confirmation. We do not publish prices or payment percentages on this website because they depend on volume, configuration and programme; they are stated per order.

06 · Step 5 — Production and inspection

Production runs against the approved sample. Units are functionally tested and pre-shipment inspected before packing, then packed in retail or export packing according to the programme, with the documentation the destination requires.

07 · Step 6 — Shipping and documents

Delivery method, Incoterm and document set are agreed with the quotation. See shipping and order tracking for what travels with the goods and how transit time is estimated.
